Immediately Post-Treatment

• Do not touch or play with the tooth gem.
• Do not eat for one hour after the tooth is placed. 
• You can drink immediately after

Post-Treatment

• Eat only soft foods for the first 12 hours
• Do not brush your teeth, we recommend to not use an electric toothbrush for the first 24-hours after your appointment.
